About Vesper Solis.
Vesper Solis Racing exists to offer a more considered way into racehorse ownership shaped by years spent inside established syndicates and a belief that the experience matters just as much as the results.
Vesper Solis Racing is registered with the British Horseracing Authority, with Victoria Barnett as Syndicate Manager.

Vesper Solis Racing is proud to be a member of the Racehorse Syndicates Association - the representative body for professional racehorse syndicators and racing club managers in British racing.
Our membership reflects the standards on which Vesper Solis has been built: transparency, responsible management and clear, honest communication with our owners.
As an RSA member, we are committed to its Conditions of Membership and the BHA Code of Conduct for Syndicates, providing further reassurance that every ownership experience is managed professionally and with the interests of our members at its heart.

A story-led approach to ownership
Presence over promises
We focus on being involved, available, and honest at every stage — not overselling outcomes before they exist.
Process over hype
Owners are part of the full journey, including the planning, patience, and decisions that happen away from the spotlight.
Shared experience over scale
Smaller groups allow clearer communication, stronger relationships, and a genuine sense of belonging.
How we work
🐎
Small Managed Groups
Ownership numbers are kept deliberately tight — allowing genuine access, direct communication, and meaningful involvement
💬
Clear Communication
Regular updates from the yard, transparent planning, and honest expectations throughout the season.
🚪🐎
Access Where Possible
Opportunities to visit the yard, experience morning work, and be present on race day.
🌒
Long-Term Thinking.
Patience over pressure. Process over shortcuts. Decisions made with the horse’s welfare first.
The people behind Vesper Solis

Vesper Solis is run by people who care deeply about the sport - not as a transaction, but as a long-term involvement. We value relationships, learning, and being present at every stage of a horse’s development.
Everything else flows from this approach, the horses we choose, the way ownership works, and the journey we share.
